Keri: In my early twenties, I experienced a profound loss that shook the very foundation of my being. My brother unexpectedly passed away, leaving an insurmountable void in my heart. After months of mourning, my family encouraged me to pick myself back up and find motivation and purpose in life again.

As it happens, real estate emerged as a beacon of light. Encouraged by Stephanie's aunt, I found myself stepping out of my comfort zone, embracing the challenge of managing one of the top-producing teams in Las Vegas. Real estate became more than just a career choice – it became my path to healing and growth. Every day I have the responsibility to help people and offer the very best services. I can't imagine a more meaningful path.

Stephanie, upon returning to Las Vegas, joined me in real estate. As lifelong friends, we found support in each other as we navigated the industry. Working in various management and leadership roles, we both became top-producing agents with a shared passion for achieving the best outcomes for our clients.

Together, we have stood by each other's side, weathering the storms and celebrating the triumphs. Our dedication to our clients and our genuine desire to make a positive impact have been the driving forces behind our success. In 2014 we established Las Vegas Home Dream Team – a team driven by passion, integrity and a genuine desire to make a positive impact. It was a turning point in our lives, a moment when we realized that we had the power to create our own destiny. We were determined to build a business where our clients felt truly cared for and supported.

Throughout this journey, I have leaned on the people closest to me: my husband, Mike, my son, Corey, and of course, my childhood best friend, Stephanie. They are my rock through every high and low!

Stephanie: After graduating college and returning home, I jumped into real estate in 2003. It was important to me to return to Las Vegas to be closer to family, as my mom’s Multiple Sclerosis (MS) had progressed, and I wanted to have an active role in her care. As a sales manager for many years, I was proud of my work, but found myself increasingly unhappy, compromising my best interest for others. Finally, after feeling like a mere shadow of myself, I reached a turning point in 2012.

Everything changed in 2012 when I decided to take control of my life and begin making decisions that would bring balance to my life. I ended my relationship and began identifying the changes I wanted to see in my career. My mindset changed – I was no longer willing to compromise my happiness, and with this came a newfound sense of freedom. In this period of personal growth, I started seeing my now-husband, Paul. The pieces of my life began to align, and I felt a sense of clarity and contentment I hadn't experienced in years.

This pivotal time taught me the importance of being direct about what I want in life. I realized the value of open communication and bravery in addressing challenges.

Building a team with Keri was the start of a transformative period. We embraced the opportunity to create a team that aligns with our values, where exceptional service and client satisfaction take precedence over everything else.

With full control of my life, I have been able to enjoy the things that matter most. My incredible parents, Nina and Larry, are a constant source of inspiration, showing strength and resilience. My husband, Paul, is devoted to serving our community, and together, we love making a difference in every way we can. And finally, our rescue dogs teach us unconditional love every day, bringing endless joy to our lives.
